How we work

Predictable changes: Protection engine versions follow semantic versioning. Every change to the service is described in the changelog.
No long-term commitment: You pay monthly or yearly and cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Files used only for processing: We use your files for nothing but protection. We delete them after 7 days, or earlier on request.
Responsible disclosure: We accept security reports at the address in our security.txt file and handle them first.
