What we sell
We sell subscriptions to the Torzen service, billed monthly or yearly, on one of the plans described on the pricing page: personal plans for one person and the Foundry plan for a company. How you may use the service is set out in the terms of service.
Ordering and payment
- You order a subscription in the panel after creating an account.
- Prices on the pricing page are net prices in US dollars. VAT is added at payment according to the rules of the buyer’s country.
- Payment is taken in advance for each billing period, a month or a year, on the renewal date, using the payment method saved in the panel.
- The contract is concluded when the first payment is confirmed.
Changing plans and cancelling
- Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately. The price difference is prorated to the end of the billing period.
- Moving to a lower plan takes effect from the start of the next billing period.
- Switching between monthly and yearly billing takes effect from the next renewal.
- You can cancel in the panel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason. If you asked us to start providing the service before that period ends, we refund the amount for the unused part of the period.
Complaints
Send complaints to sales@torzen.re. We reply within 14 days.
Final provisions
Estonian law applies to matters not covered here. Consumers keep the rights granted by the mandatory laws of their country.
