What data we process
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Panel account: email address, billing details and protection history. The legal basis is the service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Uploaded files: executables, symbols and settings. We process them only to perform the protection. We do not analyze them for any other purpose or use them to develop the service.
- Payments: handled by an external payment provider. We do not receive full card details.
- Server logs: IP address and browser information, processed for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies and analytics
The torzen.re website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Your color theme choice is stored only in your browser. The panel uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Recipients
Data may be shared with our infrastructure and email provider (Cloudflare, Inc.), the payment provider and our accounting firm, only as far as needed to provide the service.
Retention
- Input files, symbols and protected files are deleted 7 days after processing, or earlier when you delete them in the panel.
- Account data is kept until the account is deleted, and accounting records for as long as tax law requires.
- Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or with the data protection authority of your country.
