How the limit works
- Protection
- One processed file, no matter how many functions in it you protect.
- Daily window
- The limit renews every 24 hours. Unused protections do not carry over to the next day.
- Changing plans
- A higher plan applies immediately, and the price difference is prorated to the end of the billing period.
- Yearly billing
- You pay for twelve months in advance, at a lower price than twelve monthly payments. Limits work the same way.
- Licenses
- Personal plans belong to one person, so do not share sign-in details or API tokens. Foundry belongs to a company, and its employees can use it.
Billing questions
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and PayPal. You pay in advance, for a month or for a year.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, an invoice is issued automatically after every payment. EU businesses with a valid VAT number receive a reverse-charge invoice.
How do I cancel?
In the panel, under account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; after that you can no longer upload files.
What counts as one protection?
One processed file. Downloading a finished file again does not use your limit.
Can I pay for a year in advance?
Yes, on every plan. A yearly subscription costs less than twelve monthly payments, and the table shows how much you save. You can switch to yearly billing in the panel at any time.
What does the custom engine on Foundry include?
We build protection features to your requirements and generate a virtualization VM with an instruction set used only in your product, so a tool written against another protected file does not work on yours. We agree the scope with you after you subscribe.
Which plans include API access?
Pipeline and Foundry. On the other plans you upload and download files in the panel.
How long do you keep my files?
Uploaded files, symbols and results are deleted after 7 days. You can delete them earlier in the panel.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Moving to a higher plan applies immediately; moving to a lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
